By accessing or using Settli ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using Settli, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Description of Service

Settli is a property marketplace platform that connects property owners with potential buyers and renters. The Platform provides a space for users to list properties and discover available properties.

Settli is 100% free to use. There are no fees for listing properties, browsing listings, or contacting other users.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your listings and profile
• Not post fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content
• Not use the Platform for any illegal purposes
• Be solely responsible for all transactions and communications with other users
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not infringe on the rights of others

5. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Listings for properties you do not own or have authority to list
• Fraudulent, fake, or misleading property information
• Illegal properties or properties used for illegal activities
• Discriminatory content based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, or disability
• Offensive, threatening, or harassing content
• Spam, advertisements for unrelated services, or promotional material
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Personal information of others without their consent

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules and to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate these guidelines.

6. Transactions Between Users

Settli does not participate in any transaction between users. Any sale, rental, or other agreement is made directly between the buyer/renter and the seller/landlord. It is your responsibility to:

• Verify the identity of the other party
• Inspect the property before any transaction
• Ensure all legal requirements are met
• Seek professional legal and financial advice when needed
• Conduct due diligence before making any commitments

7. Disclaimer of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

Settli acts solely as a platform connecting users. We do not:

• Verify the accuracy of property listings or user information
• Guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed properties
• Guarantee the truth or accuracy of users' content
• Participate in or guarantee any transactions between users
• Provide legal, financial, or real estate advice
• Take responsibility for any outcome of transactions between users

You acknowledge that any transaction, communication, or interaction with other users is entirely at your own risk. Settli accepts no liability for any damages, losses, disputes, or issues arising from your use of the Platform or interactions with other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Settli and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Property damage or personal injury
• Fraudulent transactions or misrepresentations by users
• Any damages resulting from transactions between users
• Technical failures or service interruptions

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Settli, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant Settli a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure you have the right to share such content.

11. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

The Settli name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Settli or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Settli and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform or its content without explicit written permission from Settli.

12. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Settli. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that Settli shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any third-party content, goods, or services available through external links.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
